Anna Economides Garcia was born in the Greek island of Cyprus moved to the US to study fashion, where she attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. She is the owner and designer of Lithos Du Monde and her inspiration for her handmade pieces comes from the colors and shades of art pieces. Her jewelry can be described as funky but elegant. She makes these wonderful one-of-a-kind cocktail pieces in 14Kt. gold-filled wire rings with semi-precious stones and her exclusive line has Swarovski crystals on each ring as her trademark. These eye-catching bauble stones have drawn rave reviews at dinners and parties and usually become conversation pieces. Part of her collections are these extraordinary necklaces made from gold-filled chains, sterling silver, steel, silk, and even suede and leather chains combined with semi-precious stones such as turquoise, jade, agate, fossil, onyx, tiger eye, and amethyst just to name a few.
