Winter Blast

Thanks to all the wonderful and talented vendors of "Winter Blast" and thanks to all the shoppers and supporters that came out in the rain yesterday! Pictures from the event will be uploaded within the next few days.


The raffle proceeds were donated to "Seeds of Love" who raised money at Winter Blast to grant winter wishes for kids in need through NY Cares and the Ronald Mc Donald House in NYC.

We would like to give a very big thanks to the vendors that donated prizes for such a great cause! The winner will be contacted and we will make arrangements to have the prizes delivered.

Why go to the mall this Sunday, when you can shop for all the gifts you need at "Winter Blast" Handmade Holiday Market in Astoria. Avoid the long lines, traffic, crowds of people and inconveniences of the mall and department stores. We are at a convenient location right next to a municipal free parking lot and right under the N/W train. The most talented designers, crafters and artists will be showcasing their products at this one day only shopping event. They will be selling: jewelry & fashion accessories, handbags, crochet hats, sweaters, scarves, clothing, toys, bath & body products, candles, holiday decor/ornaments, greeting cards, fine art paintings and photography. We hill have a bakery/cafe and a DJ all day long. Our special guests "Seeds of Love" will be raising money and, proceeds from their sales will go to grant winter wishes for New York City kids in need through New York Cares and The Ronald McDonald House in NYC. Shop unique this holiday season... by buying handmade you will be supporting local handmade designers and independent business owners. We hope to see you all there!

"Seeds of Love" will be joining "Astoria Events" at Winter Blast, Holiday Handmade Market

Astoria Events is happy to announce that Seeds of Love will be joining us at our next event, Winter Blast Holiday Handmade Market on December 13th.

Seeds of Love is a nonprofit organization providing financial and social assistance to families in need. They are a small, but growing, group of family and friends who volunteer their time to make the world a better place.
